When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Cheung's Wellness ships with Canada Post, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way to you!

Once packages leave our hands they become your responsibility. It is recommended to purchase Route Package Protection Insurance as Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items/packages once they are in the hands of the shipping companies.

What is route package protection?

Once orders are in the hands of the shipping company, Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items/packages. We encourage you to use the Route Package Protection that is available during checkout. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fits certain criteria. Please review Route's policy here. For information on how to submit a claim, please visit Route's FAQs as all claims are submitted through their website by you.

How do I track my order?

Once you've placed an online order, you will receive a confirmation email where you can monitor your order status. When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate email with tracking details. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking details to update. Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.

Do you accept returns?

Unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Please send an email to contact@cheungswellness.com to initiate a return. As Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for any return shipping costs, please let us know if you have any questions prior to purchasing your order to help avoid the need for any returns.
