When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Cheung's Wellness ships with Canada Post and UPS, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way to you!

Please note that once orders are in the hands of the shipping company, Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items/packages. 

How do I track my order?

Once you've placed an online order, you will receive a confirmation email where you can monitor your order status. When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate email with tracking details. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking details to update. Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

Unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Please send an email to info@cheungswellness.com to initiate a return. As Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for any return shipping costs, please let us know if you have any questions prior to purchasing your order to help avoid the need for any returns.
