SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Enjoy duty-free shopping of your favorite US wellness products to all Canadian addresses. Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout and are based on destination and weight of package. Orders $150 CAD and over, before sales tax and after any promotion or discount, are eligible for free shipping with our standard delivery methods. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost if they select any other delivery method than standard delivery/shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES AND TRACKING:

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to upgrade or change the shipping method. We are also unable to add a product or modify or cancel the items in your order once the order has been confirmed. Orders take 1-2 business days to process before they ship, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday's will ship out the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number once your order ships. Delivery date is always an estimate only, delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, your location and other factors. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of their package status. 

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE:

We encourage you to use the Route Package Protection that is available during checkout. If you choose to decline Route Package Protection Insurance, you are assuming full responsibility for the package/items once they have left or shipping facility. If Route Insurance is declined, Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments once they leave our facility. We will not be calling the carriers to make any claims. If you opt out at checkout, you assume all responsibility.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Please email contact@cheungswellness.com to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. If your returned item brings you below the $150 free shipping threshold, you will be refunded for the item you returned minus the postage fee we paid to ship your package out to you. DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS/PACKAGES

Please inspect your order once it arrives. Any damaged or missing items/packages must be reported to contact@cheungswellness.com within 48 hours of package delivery. We offer Route Package Protection Insurance during checkout to provide you with the option to file a claim if you receive a damaged item/package or missing item/package. Cheung's Wellness is not responsible for the items/packages once they have left or shipping facility. We do not provide refunds or store credit for damaged or missing products/items. 
If an item is missing from your order, please reach out to contact@cheungswellness.com within 48 hours of the delivery date to inform us of the missing item, we will come to a solution once notified. 

RETURNED PACKAGES

Your order may be returned to us as a failed delivery due to the following reasons:

- Incorrect/Incomplete/Undeliverable Address
- No one available to accept the delivery
- Order refused by customer for any reason
