How to enjoy: To achieve the perfect cup of Clean Coffee, utilize a burr grinder for a consistently uniform grind size. Adjust the grind size for a balanced flavour profile. Coarse grinds can reduce bitter, burnt or oily notes, while more fine grinds will result in weak or sour tastes. Opt for high-quality water with a balanced mineral composition. The ideal water-to-coffee ratio is 16:1 or 17:1 measured by weight for precision. Depending on your brewing method and batch size, aim for a brewing time of 2-3 minutes per 2-3 cups of coffee.
