Magnesium l-threonate 625 mg

Supplying: Elemental magnesium 50 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Does not contain gluten, soy, wheat, corn protein, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as directed.
